USD 407 Russell County Schools will destroy Special Education records of all students who moved, graduated, and/or exited from any special education program prior to and during the 2004-2005 school year. Parents may arrange to pick up records by calling the Special Education office at (785) 483-3226 by September 30, 2010. Individuals 18 years of age or older, unless adjudicated, must request his/her own record. Proper identification is required. Destruction of these records will begin October 1, 2010.
